Application Study on Fuzzy Evaluation System of Water Conservancy Talents Based on Ahp

Analyzing the existing problems of the comprehensive quality of the water resource assessment, the authors put forward fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and System. Depending on the materials, the article sets up the evaluation index system by decomposing and refining the water resource quality evaluation of the content, and then studys comprehensive evaluation model of water conservancy talents on the basis of AHP. Finally, the article uses the sample data to do the actual evaluation, which has validated the practical and scientific of the study.
